Recommendations
“I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Annette and came to know her as a true leader, able to motivate absolutely any member of the team. She is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard working. Beyond that, she is an impressive professional who is always result-oriented. Her knowledge of medical-related issues, evaluation expertise, and her analytic approach was a huge advantage to the evaluation team. She is a true team player, and always manages to foster positive discussions and bring the best out of other colleagues. Annette takes the initiative when problems arise and efficiently resolves them using the synergy of the entire team.”
Miodrag Bogdanovic, Formerly USAID/Serbia M&E Specialist
“Annette is one of those unique professionals who excels in multiple areas. She has expertise in research and evaluation, with a particular finesse for the design of complicated evaluation studies to assess development impact. In addition to her deep technical skills, Annette possesses a keen business acumen and an ability to strategize that translates into resource mobilization. She excels in building partnerships with diverse stakeholders and has cultivated a very wide network of donors, NGOs, universities, and local private sector partners. I especially appreciate that Annette is very intuitive and empathetic making her relatable and reachable as a colleague/supervisor. I saw her pull all these attributes together and complement them with her creativity and passion. I consider myself fortunate to have benefited from her leadership and mentorship.”
Sara Woldehanna, Formerly, Senior Director at IBTCI
“Annette demonstrated deep expertise in capacity development and institutional strengthening, a thorough understanding of the complexities of health programming, and an ability to provide strategic support tailored to the unique needs of the Dominican Republic. Her recommendations have not only optimized current initiatives but have also set the stage for long-term success in the region. What stands out about Effaced and its staff is their dedication to empowering local teams and ensuring that solutions are sustainable and impactful. Their work has been so valuable that their insights are now being integrated into other transition activities and awards across USAID, further amplifying their impact.”
